I am receiving this survey when I have not picked up my car yet. Which concerns me ... where is my car ? Did someone else pick it up? Or was this automated text sent in an untimely manner? I also received a text on 7/16 that stated my car would not be ready until 7/23, and then 10 minutes later I got a text telling me my car was ready to be picked up- this was on 7/16. There is a disconnect between your texts and info from your staff.
