In my recent experience with Key Collision I thought everything was planned out well so it all went smoothly and the repair work looks great! The car was finished on time as well, which was nice. The car rental I got was a VW Bug convertible which was fun to drive but too small for my needs. It could have presented an inconvenience for me had I needed it longer but for the 4 days I drove it, it was fine. Overall, my experience was a good one and I will remember Key Collision for any future car repairs I need. The staff were professional and friendly, as well.

Key Collision could not have been more accommodating during a stressful period. They kept me informed of everything going on, we're extremely professional and did amazing work.
The personnel went above and beyond what I expected. There was a small scratch on my trunk after the work was done, which may have been there before, I don't know. To keep me happy they actually pulled the car back in the shop and buffed this out.
Excellent, customer-focused organization.

The people here did an awesome job repairing my car! It was scheduled to be done in two weeks and they were able to get the parts and fix it all in less than a week! I was super impressed with their work! They even washed and vacuumed my car for me! They were awesome keeping me updated on the services for my car.
