I spoke to rick the day i dropped off my car, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. He came outside with me to look at the damages assured me i had nothing to worry about when it came to the concerns i had. I made a small comment about my work hours which he had remembered. With out asking him he had my car done before my friday shift. I also had a great experience with the secretary behind the desk. I do not remember her name but she was in top of things and super friendly. I'd go to keys again!
