Great and friendly service. Love the people and environment at don's. Although my repairs took much longer than quoted and a couple items I discussed up front about; were not addressed. Lastly my vehicle was not thoroughly inspected before being returned to me. One example is the window and lock controls on the interior of the passenger door panel is now broken out of the door panel. Something that you don't notice unless to physically touch the panel to check for proper installation. The plastic tabs that hold it in are broke. In all I love the service but wish I didn't have to bring the car back or have to point out things missed.

I didn't love the car that the insurance rented for me. They said that I would have a car at least as nice as mine. It wasn't. Hiwever, I suppose it's better than walking. If I would have know this is the car I would have had, I would have rented through Enterprise, but I didn't have time. I felt like I was driving my teenager's car. I am happy with the work your company has done for me, especially the detailing, it was an awesome surprise. Thank you.

I really appreciate how quick and efficient your team was. I also really liked the text updates letting me know how my repair was going. When I got my car back it looked like a brand new car. You guys did a fantastic job! I would definately recommend you to anyone. Thank you for everything you did for me. You made me feel important and a priority.
