Kevin Dillinger, CSM, is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. After examining the damaged area, he explained to me his assessment of the range of repair required to fix the damage. Kevin even had a repair technician examine my auto and he agreed with Kevin’s assessment. I signed on to have ABRA do the repair. The following day the job was done. I was pleased to learn that the repair required was exactly what Kevin assessed to be the most likely fix. I will gladly recommend ABRA to others.
