Complete lack of communication from Kevin. Timeframe was not accurately given. Told a week, took 2 weeks. Only recived an update when I called and requested one. As a custome all I wanted was to be informed and given a proper timeline. Under promise, over deilever. Your text messages are a waste of time. Make them real updates or maybe a phone call. Most people have vm at minimum and would appreciate the call. I will not use Abra again.
