I'm sorry but I'm terrible @ remembering names but lady @ front (Julie?) was very helpful in explaining everything for me & getting me on track about forgetting my insurance since the parent of teen who hit me was paying the bill. I really appreciated her help. I dropped my car off on Tuesday & had it back by Friday which I appreciated. Thank you for quick service & everyone was very nice & helpful. Sue Paules

Even after all the problems that I had, the door is not aligned properly and drops down after it opens. The car still wobbles badly when driving and we though I told the Abra representative that the frame was bent he just dismissed it as not possible and did not even check to see if it was bent. So now I am left with an undriveable vehicle even after "repairs". This is aside from the many other issues that are were caused by Abra including a broken window switch.
