Overall, this was pretty great and you delivered my car earlier than I expected. Bit more expensive than I expected though. However as feedback. When I call to ask how my car is, I don’t want some guy called Gary to question me on who I was working with because he doesn’t know who I am. You should have someone to direct me to who can help. You should simply ask if I knew who was on my car, and then ask for my name to direct me to who was managing the work. Bit more phone etiquette is all.
