You wouln't think that at a body shop you'd have that level of communication I received but Elizabeth and her Team at Abra are a shining example of what true World Class Customer Service is. Elizabeth and the Team at the Fife Wa Abra made the process, which is usually stressful, an absolute pleasure! She took all the stress and guess work out of the equation, communicating with me on a daily basis, getting info an questions answered directly through the insurance company so I didn't have stop my day at work. I very much appreciate the customer service and attention to detail that I received at ABRA Auto Body and Glass. From reception to my car being completed, ABRA made sure that there was no detail overlooked and had excellent customer service from start to end. Not only was the rental pickup convenient directly from ABRA, but also the email updates on the progress of my vehicle's work and also the car wash and vacuum that I assume was thrown in as a "extra bonus".
