Edgar at the desk was great when I was in for the initial quote for repairs. All office staff I spoke with were professional and exceeded my expectations. Whitney called several times during the process of having my car repaired to update me on progress. My car was completed ahead of projected date. When I picked up my car all work was explained and showed to me. In addition to the quoted repairs, I believe they detailed (shampooed the inside) washed my car. My car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. ABRA is Top Notch and I would definitely recommend them. If I ever need auto body repair in the future ABRA is my place. Thanks guys!!
