You all damaged the wiring to my truck that had no damage when I dropped it off. The work overly was not inspected after it was done. Then you provided me with a rental that I had to put a deposited on tying up more of my money already after a costly repair. Very upset I wasted my time driving all The way over there and drop off my original retrial just to find out my truck had damage done by your shop

I cannot describe how disappointed I am with ABRA. I was being sent text message updates about how my car was doing while being repaired. On the evening of 8/25/15 I received a text message from ABRA saying my car would be finished and ready to pick up on 8/27/15. I called Sue on 8/26/15 to see if she could give me a time frame in which I could retrieve my vehicle, she then told me she had no idea where I got the thought that it would be done on he 27th, she then proceeded to tell me it would not be finished until Friday 8/28/15. I felt uncomfortable speaking with them after that, as she had a horrible attitude and absolutely zero customer service skills. I then, ignored all calls from then on and let it go to voicemail. Sue called on the morning of 8/27/715 saying that they would try to have my car completed that day, I got really excited just to be let down a few hours later by her phone calling letting me know they "did everything they could" but couldn't have my car done that day. It gets even better, today is 8/28/15, not even two hours after I picked up my vehicle, I notice it is spewing coolant from underneath the hood. I am furious with my service at ABRA auto body! I am reluctant to even come back and have it fixed by them, as I am afraid I will leave once again and find a problem. I cannot believe this happened, I waited over two weeks for my car to be finished, just for me to have to bring it right back. I would not ever recommend ABRA.

Awesome job. Cannot believe that this is the same truck/quarter panel as what was dropped off. And the interior and exterior is spotless. Awesome job cleaning out the inside. It is like a brand new truck.
