I received my car in the dark today. For me to say I'm completely satisfied I would need to see it in daylight. That said, I can honestly say the experience was painless and extremely professional by the Abra staff. Julie is very pleasant to talk to on the phone and Kelly was a true professional in customer service. She gave me frequent updates, described the repair process for my car, and assured me if I was not completely satisfied to not hesitate in bringing it back. In addition, she clearly explained the insurance process as it related to State Farm (responsible party insurance) I didn't meet the repair staff but I would like to mention one thing that stood out. When we picked up the car Kelly explained that the **** clear coated the hood and fender. These were not damaged areas. He saw the need in these areas and took it upon himself to make it look better than when it arrived. It wasn't Abra's responsibility but it was truly appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Abra to anyone I know nor would I bring a future auto repair to anyone else after this experience. Please give a thank you to your staff, they deserve it!

We are so happy with our results. The staff were exceptional. They were thorough every step of the way and very customer oriented. Our car was all but brand new before the accident, so we were very disappointed when we were rear ended.
