Overall, I had a very good experience. However, after returning home I noticed that the repair was not complete. On my Nissan Leaf, the charging port cover no longer locks. I have spoken with Abra and hope to get it taken care of. Ideally, Abra would do a complete inspection of the work to ensure that it was completed. I attempted to do this but didn't think to cover everything.

I received a call on Thursday mid-afternoon that it was ready, but I could not make it in 3 buses. I did call a day earlier to coordinate my buses and arrival. I went on Friday morning. An attendant used my key to press for a few minutes to locate my car. This took a while and I saw my car parked just outside the office. Wasn't there paperwork that verifies/describes the car? Then I had to wait for washing. Several men tried to dry the car. Some noise from a phone kept ringing. I told them twice but none responded. I arrived home and the walkie talkie was making noise. I called for them to pick it up. I was stressed out.
