The robotic texts are pretty meaningless. I really liked the contact but clearly without real information. Otherwise it seemed like a lot time for minimal damage. 2018 car so they had to order from the factory. Just seems like i could have minimized my rental car tome with a different approach. Aside from those 2 issues, it was great!

I’m really happy with the repairs, but I got my car back really dirty, much different than the first time I was in, and since they don’t recommend washing for 6 weeks I feel like I’m driving a dirty car.

I was satisfied with everything except for the appointment process. I brought my car in for a Monday 11am appointment, but it was clear that no one started to work on the car until Wednesday. I could have had use of my car for two more days and brought it in on Wednesday. I understand that there are many cars being worked on and my car might not be serviced right away. But why the appointment at all then? I would have appreciated Abra being more upfront about the timing of the service. Just tell me that I can bring my car in but it might not get serviced for two or three days. I would have appreciated this honesty.

I brought in my car to repair the back bumper. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and the transaction was very smooth. Even setting up the rental car through Abra was super easy. Impressed that it only took one day to fix my car and the results looked as if nothing happened.
