Mel lacks in customer service skills. He had to call Ford when I was disatisfied with his lack of listening about the motor on my sunroof. While on hold, he was slamming the phone into his desk and being quite audible about his frustration. I understand that this has been a frustrating repair, but leaving a customer in fear to be around your estimator is terrible
