My car was ready a day earlier that originally estimated. All my contact with personnel was great, especially Jason & Jonathan. I was transported both ways, maybe because I lived very close. Great help since I had no way either direction.
Your card machine was not operational so Jason took me down to the bank so I could have my car that night.

It was a very good experience for me. Terri Mendoza did an excellent job communicating with me to get the whole process started. The service when I brought in the car was prompt, and the tech (?) Carlos communicated with me about the status of the repairs. Lastly, and most impressively, whomever it was that cleaned my car went far and beyond any service that I have been given ever, with extra care obviously applied. Please extend my great appreciation to that person. Overall, it was a pleasant experience despite the usual negative feeling that one gets if you have to go to a body shop to get your car fixed!

Poor management. Our car keys were lost in another car that was taken to be scrapped, our car was gone for 3 weeks, the customer service was none existent, we had to explain and re explain things to 3 different managers because no one knew what was going on with our claim.
