Robert, the gentleman that was my estimator did a really good job of communicating with me about where my car was in the process and when I could expect it to be done. He worked with Sam, the girl at the front desk, to make a generally frustrating experience pretty painless. They also were great about working with my crazy busy schedule to ensure I could be back in my car quickly. I hope I don't ever have another reason to go to a body shop, but if I do, I'll bring my car back here.

I don't understand why when I dropped my vehicle off it had 31,769 miles on it - then when I picked it up it had 38,001 miles on the odometer...why would anyone need to put 32 miles on my vehicle to just move it in and out of the body shop???
