The entire process was pretty simple. I really didn't have to do anything but show up with my car. My rental was arranged for me of which made things easy and stress-free. Had an awesome experience. The staffs that I worked with were all helpful, very professional and most importantly made me feel right away that I was in good hands and that I made the right choice. I had my roof repaired at Abra. But after repair, I found the roof liner was dirty and full of hand prints with dark grease. It's clear that the technician was not wearing gloves when reinstalling the liner. Very frustrating for not paying attention to details.
