The actual repair of the outside of my car was good, however the inside of my car smells like cleaning fumes and it is so bad it gave me a headache while I drove my car home. Also I opened my glove box (inside my car) and it was coated it what looked like white smears from a cleaning product. First off, no one should have opened my glove box and second the inside on my car should not have been wiped down with cleaning products. My car smells so bad that I cannot drive it.

You did quality job on the car. But it took almost a month to complete, and updates were confusing at best. The automated update system is a source of frustration. E.g. this: "Just checking inMichael. YourFord is looking good! Have fun today and leave the work to us." No ETA, no status, no nothing. Or: "Your Ford is happy here! Why? Because we are taking good care of it until it comes home." Like really? What's the point of sending these pieces of spam?
