I was pleasantly surprised that my repair was completed earlier than expected. I appreciated the updates both by email. and phone calls to let me know the status of the repair process. Bruce Holman was very thorough in explaining the work that was done. I would recommend the Bellevue ABRA to friends in the future

I believe the team of bruce holman combined with I believe her name was heather at the Bellevue office. They were both polite very informative and they both went the extra mile for customer service and satisfaction.

I am very impressed with ****) being able to bring in the car the next day 2) Dion's daily status emails 3) 4 day turn around 4) cleanliness of car on pickup. Why am I not completely satisfied? Enterprise upgraded me to a Yukon, and did not explain it was not covered by insurance (only a mid-size car I learned upon turning in the car). I had to pay $160 out of pocket, when I would have been fine with a mid-size car. No wonder the woman was smiling when I left.

I've had the unfortunate luck of being rear ended twice this year. After having my car repaired at 2 different shops, I've noticed a big difference. Jill was absolutely amazing with her communication throughout the process, and my van was finished ahead of schedule. This is the opposite of my experience with the other company. I'm an Abra customer for life now.

Everything looks good and we are happily surprised to see the car was cleaned. Also, Megan explained everything and kept us up to date.

Just because its a new car to me and I have an extended warranty I took it to the dealer for a check out. The service adviser came out and asked who the shop was, "They did a fantastic job" was his comment

There was a fair amount of glass left in my vehicle. False texts of completed service was iratating.

This car accident that I have been part of has been a long process, which was exhausting, but working with your team has made things go smoothly, and I want to start off by thanking all of you for your hard work, effort, and professionalism. I worked, first, with Bruce Holeman to get an estimate for my car in August. He was very thorough, patient, and reliable. It took a few months after to begin the repairing process. Jill Nguyen took on the job and she handled everything professionally. One thing I really appreciated about Jill was that she was friendly and very clear and prompt in her communications with me. It was a pleasure to work with Jill. She made me feel comfortable and satisfied during the time I worked with her. I am grateful to have had her handle my case with exceptional customer service! I also would like to recognize the front desk receptionists - every time I called in or came to the office, they were welcoming and very efficient. I also noticed how respetcful they were to a family who did not speak much English and that spoke volumes of how you treat your customers.
