The experience was very good, I got daily updates on the status of my car and the car was in perfect condition when I picked it up. It was clean inside and out and the damage was completely fixed. I would recommend ABRA to anyone in need of car repair.

I provided a personal contact number to use instead of the one on file which was my spouse's, but they called him anyway twice. I would be sure to use the preferred contact provided by the customer. I was also told I'd receive a call the following day to get an update on the status of my vehicle but I never did; I ended up calling the following day to inquire. Just be sure to call if you say you will, or do not say you will so that the customer is not expecting it.
My vehicle looked great when I picked it up; it was washed and polished which was really nice. The paperwork was all ready to go with no time to waste, making picking up my car very easy- thank you!

I don't see where my car was aligned. Or had the alignment checked at all. Vehicles involved in any collision small or large should have it checked as part of the repair procces to protect the investment made by your customers. My tires cost more then the repair work done. Besides that the work was done well and I was kept informed.
