Abra did an excellent job repairing my car.
They not only kept me in the loop with regular
update messages and personal calls, but
showed me what was done including photos
taken throughout the process. I also appreciate
the itemized list of parts needed for the repairs.
I've already been recommending Abra whenever I
discuss this with friends.

The first thing I noticed was that the staff was extremely polite to me, even when I called several times throughout the process to check up on my vehicle. Upon receiving my vehicle, I did a full inspection of my car, and it was immaculate. Looked like they completely cleaned the inside of my car as well as the outside. Nothing was out of place and my car looked great. The job was done in a timely manner and there were no issues. I like the fact that I was kept informed every step of the way.

Have always had a great experience bringing my car to Tacoma Abra. Nicole was a great help answering all my questions and Marion kept me up to speed with my cars progress.
