I appreciated the phone call updates. I did not care for the text messages as they seemed corny . There is probably a list of the text messages so that a different one comes each day. I guess having some sort of daily contact is reassuring to some people, but I preferred the phone calls or messages from Phillip.

The service could not have been any better. After going through the painful process of car repairs in the last 4 years at other places, I was dreading doing it again. However, Abra made it the easiest experience yet and went way beyond great service.
