On a scale of 10, I give Abra an 11!! Customer service was fantastic. I worked with Phillip - he accidentally wrote the wrong day on the appt card, so he wasn't expecting me when I arrived. He apologized and the staff didn't even blink an eye...they got me checked in and called hertz to come pick me up without me even asking. Phillip called me twice during the process to give me updates. The icing on the cake was that they detailed the inside of my car...I was super appreciative of this (my car was pretty dirty inside)! I really felt like they went the extra mile :)
