I was told part of my rental car would be covered because of excess delays. When I received my vehicle back, they told me the reimbursement check would be sent from corporate and they had taken care of the request. I HAVE NOT received any reimbursement check. Also I have found where small parts have gone missing from the work area. Bolt covers that now leave the bolt exposed on the door for example.
