Abra gave great customer service. They fit me in to their schedule and got my repairs done promptly. Everyone there was very nice.

I've called our local Subaru dealership were we bought our car and they've recommended ABRA. It took a couple of weeks to get an appointment, but it was worth the wait. I received daily updates with the status of the repair. I brought my car in on a Tuesday and the repair was completed on Friday.
If I still had my minivan, I would bring that as well to ABRA. To other Subaru owners, I would recommend bringing your car here.
And lastly, the staff were professional and thoughtful.

One minor thing - it would have been nice to know that ABRA handles Enterprise Rental drop-offs. I actually drove past the shop on my way to Enterprise, only to drive back for the drop -off.
