I really appreciate the way Phillip went above and beyond to make sure my repairs were to my satisfaction. The insurance company insisted on non OEM parts and they turned out horrible. I called the adjustors who in turn called ABRA and Phillip agreed with me and they ok'd the reinstall action of OEM parts.
