The staff at Abra Auto Body Renton did a great job at keeping me informed of all the schedules and details of the repair and also arranging the rental car. My point of contact was Jaeqob who did a fantastic job at walking me through the entire process, have regular checkpoints that helped me gauge an idea of the time taken, checking all the internal parts (suspension and rear differential) for damage, making sure all the parts were in good shape before installation and finally also helped me install the bike rack as I needed it before the replacement arrived. Overall I am very happy with the service - 10/10 :)
