The entire staff was professional and courteous. Andrew took care of all of the details and made sure I was informed every step of the way. He coordinated my insurance estimate and offered to arrange a rental car. On top of that, he was even able to have me taken to work from one of his coworkers! Francisco and the body shop crew had my car repaired quickly—way before I had expected. Also, the repair work itself was beyond excellent—above my expectations! Everyone was polite, energetic no hard sell upgrades.

Everything was fine until the day of pickup. When I walked in the receptionist was on the phone with another customer. The man sitting in the desk behind her looked from around his monitor and very rudely yelled from his chair "can I help you". I said I was here for a pick, continuing to force the receptionist on the phone to be in between our conversation by not standing up to come speak normally to me. Once I stated the claim was Allstate that was his cue to rudely call another representative to help me. After about two minutes as I patiently waited he yelled again for her to come to the front because she had a customer waiting. His demeanor and laziness was appalling and I was grateful I didn't have to work with him.
