The repairs are great and I’m fully satisfied with the work the lack of communication was an issue to where I felt like I needed to call them every day in order to know the status of the repairs on my vehicle if they had called me it would’ve been better, I never really got an estimate on the day of return for my vehicle until I got it back if they had given me an exact date I would’ve not felt the need to call them every day pther than the minor communication issues I delt with. the repair technicians were very nice and understanding and provided outstanding updates when I got them I definitely believe I would use Abra in the future
