There have been multiple times where I asked for a follow up call for a question I had that never got answered. I dropped my var off two days ago and was told I would get a call telling me the estimated cost and still have not gotten any call or update. Very annoyed. This company is not good with communicating to the customers. I have been asking the same question for WEEKS about my price estimate and am still left in the dark.
