Every aspect of the job was handled in an extraordinary manner. From taking me to my home when delivering the car to keeping me updated on progress to completing the job when I asked to doing superb, quality work on the repair. I could not be more pleased.

I had spoken with someone in the office about dropping my car off the afternoon/evening before my appointment as I have to be at work early in the morning. We had agreed upon this as a solution. However, when I showed up at the agreed upon time, there was no knowledge or note of this in my account so there was no one available to do the intake. The person at the desk was very flustered by this - and it showed in how she handled things with me and with the customer who came in at the same time as I did. I also had made arrangements with the office staff to work with a different Enterprise Rental Car location that was more convenient to my home. There was also no note of this in my account. This was all at the Aurora location. My car was moved to the Federal Way location where all the work was done. They did a better job of keeping me informed of the progress being made on my car - although they also had some difficulty on follow through as they said they would email me a copy of my estimate immediately and they did not. I had still not received it by the next day. I had to call and ask for it again before I did finally get a copy of it. So far, the work all seems to be quite well done. It looks good and is running smoothly so far, but I have only had it for a few days and have not driven it very far yet.
