The paint work was good, as was most of the the body work. However, the bumper wasn't properly reinstalled; not a big deal, but didn't get it right the first time. I received text updates.
The big deal is that there were 8 miles added to my car. How it can gain that much being moved around a shop for a week, and a "****/8th" of a mile trip to an alignment shop is beyond me. I'm very suspicious. Someone was clearly lied to, or at the very least misinformed. I asked to be responsible... I made every effort to ensure that was clearly understood.
I couldn't even get a valid explanation. What type of responsibility is that?
