I think the communication around when the repair will be completed would be very helpful. I had to call twice to get timing updates and I would have appreciated that Abra would have initiated those updates. The daily text messages are ok but would be better with real time expectation management

Definitely not satisfied. I left work early today to pick up my vehicle. It was not in finished condition. The supposed new painted door has scratches & marks on it. The door makes a weird noise when you open & close it. The wheels & tires were covered in something gross & whitish, they looked horrible. Obviously not inspected very well before being sent back out. I did not bring it home because it needs to be as good or better than before the accident. I will be inspecting very closely next time also.
