Outstanding service. Exceptional skill to repair cars. My 2008 BMW looks brand new. Very professional. Took car of all the communication with my insurance company. Would definitely recommend this company and will use again if needed.

The service staff (Larry mostly) was very kind and helpful. However, the time it took to repair my BMW was rediculously long (over 5 weeks) with very little explaination as to why. I kept hearing "we are waiting for parts". I was given a pick up date 3 different times that never panned out (two of the times I never even received a call to tell me my car would not be ready that day). This made it not only expensive to rent a car but terribly inconvenient too. Most car companies give a discount if one can pay in advance. However, not only was I unable to benefit from this discount, I actually ended up paying more money; I paid for the rental in advance then turned it in early anticipating the completion of my BMW only to find that it we were "still waiting for parts". Not getting updates on my car or an accurate completion date made it inconvenient for others to help me out by giving me a ride. The body mechanics did a nice job matching the paint. However, their repair bodywork was shoddy and poor. This is a 2005 BMW M3 limited edition, the orginal price was 85,000. I am the first and only owner. Up until the accident, It had been beautifully maintained. The hood does not close in alignment, nor latch properly. It has large gaps over the headlights leaving them, and the areas around them open to moisture (the headlights took 3 weeks to come in!). The area under the bumper was supposed to be beautifully repaired or replaced. It is cracked and the apoxy is very visable... Not outwardly noticeable but very obvious if you look for it. I'm wondering now if new parts were used to repair the damage or were pick and pull parts used? I certainly assumed that I would see beautiful craftsmanship for the 11,000 that this repair cost, but sadly I did not. I'm a woman. Do they think I'm "automobile stupid?" I'm very disappointed.

Chris and Larry are very knowledgable in all aspects of the auto body business and take the time to explain things to those of us who are not. We are very pleased with our four experiences at loids rides.

the end result is excellent. the telephone communication this was notand with my car in the shop for over 90 days it would have been helpful to get some better communication

Good work but will never understand how it cost 2000.00 for the minor repair! Also the 10% off for military was a nice thought but it should have been off total price of work, not justy deductible. We have been good customers, between my girlfriend and I have been to your shop on 5 occasions. I think that alone would be worth a some type of discount. But the 50.00 you allowed was appreciated. I do think from now on I will look for a more reasonable shop. Thanks. D. J. Sackman
