I'm impressed w/ OAB, having used them twice. Nice to get the car back detailed so thoroughly.
I suggest you mention to Tesla owners that you will be taking the car off of app control for the duration of the repair, and set it back (if it was on) when you return it. It makes sense to me that you need to take it off the app while you have the car, but I had a brief moment of concern when I got it home and tried to connect via the app. Likewise with scheduled charging. That was turned on, and I don't usually schedule charge.
Sandy is terrific, and everyone else was nice & helpful.

The car looks beautiful and everyone I seat with was very nice. If I had one suggestion it would be for better communication during the process. I was renting a car and they required advance notice to extend the rental. In addition, I work and coming to pick the car up requires some advance arranging as well. I did not want to bother you but because of the rental car and work, I needed to know what was going on. On several occasions I was promised a call back and never got one.

Great job on the repair. I would of liked if I brang an outdoor cover for my car this way nothing was sitting on the paint while it was outside. I found a few things I didn't like that was on the car but its alright I will see if I can buff it out myself. Otherwise the repair job great job. Great job with keeping me up to date with the status of the car. Just great job 5 out of 5.
