I picked up my car in one day. I thought to myself, "wow that was fast". Well with the speed in service comes a ton of half **** work. Firstly, the plastic clips were missing hold on in my wheel well. Second and this is the winner, I open Ed my hood and my engine and air box were covered in green coolant. It was everywhere. Then the two top clips that held my radiator were missing so now my radiator isn't secured and bounces around. Horrible.
All they did was replace a front bumper and they made a mess and didn't finish the job. The tech was half **** and lazy and I wouldn't go back here willingly.

The adjuster or person in charge was incredibly rude. Brushed off my concerns without fully listening and before even looking at the car or damages and then dismissed me. Had I known of anywhere else to have taken my car I would not have used Girard motors because of this attitude.

I had my car brought in to replace the front bumper, and after service was complete, the front turn signal lights no longer worked, even though they worked going in. Even though i have made an appointment to head back in to have them looked at again, something as basic as that should have been tested before the vehicle was handed back to the customer, especially if the headlight assemblies had to be removed to do the job.
