This was my second experience with Golden West Collison. The first, the car was totaled, and I feel my rep (bad memory, thinking Linda) did the best she could to keep us updated.
This time I was paired with Henry, and his sense of humor and authenticity helped ease the pain of waiting. He'd call and text with updates. But even when he wasn't available, other staff jumped in, knew my car, and were amazingly helpful.
The only thing I wish I'd changed was repairing the other body issues. :)
I'm very pleased with Golden West and, as my husband will tell you, I'm impatient and bitchy. You're clearly doing a lot right.
