Absolutely terrible progress tracking. No one could tell me when the car is going to be ready. At some point someone told me over the phone that the car will be ready in two weeks, and when I came the same day into the shop, the car was ready!!!

I am impressed with the under-mentioned points:
****. Quality of repairing job: Excellent. Very good. This means staff working at a repair shop is well trained.
2. The system programed for informing customers of updated
situation and progress of jobs as well as follow up is excellent.
Only points I am not satisfied is following point:
Stuff who is interfacing with customers are not so well trained. There is some room so that your customers are less frustrated or better satisfied.
People who are engaged in interfacing with customers should recognize that their salaries are paid by their clients.
