I overall had a great experience with Golden West collision. I got my car in on the day i had my appointment, and the work was done in the timeframe advertised, with many updates along the way. The only hiccups I had were when I got my truck back there were a few things not quite right, and I had to bring back the truck twice within two days. The staff was very responsive on my return visits and promptly got the issues resolved.

i do think your automated texting is inaccurate as it was informing us that the car would be ready on a certain day and this was not correct, on multiple occasions. better to say it will not be ready week and go week by week.
