The overall job was good. But for the cost of the Flarespace paint/install, which was significantly more than many other shops charge, I would expect better work. You left raw metal, unprimed and unfinished, in many areas where the cuts were made for the flares. I had to buy primer and finish the edges myself. Additionally, most professionals know to cover open spaces in a vehicle when making cuts to the body in order to prevent the metal shavings from falling in and causing rust. Throughout the compartments in my van, I noticed a significant amount of rusted metal shavings a week after I got the van back. I was happy to pay professionals to do the install because I did not have time. But for the quality of work that I got, I would have rather done it myself.

The team repaired my car very well. After a few weeks of driving, there is no issue noticed. Thank you. However, I specifically requested that I wanted to keep the headlight they replaced and it was verbally agreed w the agent. At the pick up date, the headlight was disposed and manager said there is no "written documentation". I wish the communication could been done better. As a customer, I thought verbal confirmation was enough, how could I known we needed "written documentation".

I was happy with the repair process at Golden West. Although it took a while, the staff was always good at communicating and keeping me updated. Shortly after my car was returned from repairs, the parking sensor popped out. I was able to bring the car back in a few days later and the mechanics fixed it right then and there for me. Everyone I worked with was nice and knowledgable.

It was great to be informed about the repairs schedule. The staff was friendly at all times and very helpful with requests and questions. The most important part was that the repair was on time, one day before even. I’m glad didn’t have to keep calling to ask how the repairs were going because they sent an email with an update often.
