I didn't appreciate how dirty inside my car was. There was dirt all over the floor and on the seats. There was this white powder crap all inside my car.. I had just washed my car before I had an accident and it was very clean inside. I was very dissatisfied with this

My car alarm was disconnected during the repair and it wasn't reconnected afterwards. The website also was not updated when my car was ready and I had to call in order to find out. I have been waiting to get my car this whole time and I was contacted a day after it was ready only to find out the process was actually not complete. I am disappointed in the overall process of the repair, but the customer connection from Henry was what made the process more tolerable when he apologized and assured me he can take care of it.

Everything went very smoothly. I was impressed as always about how fast you guys get stuff done!
The only minor remark i have is: when i dropped of the car, the estimator saw one more dent than I had seen initially. I wished they had asked me if i wanted to get that one fixed as well.
I will most likley have to do a second round of body work for that.
But again, this is only a small issue, since I should have pointed that out and asked to get that fixed.
