Just got A/C fixed 7/9. Got in accident that same morning and took the car to you in the afternoon. Came away with an initial estimate of 3 days and was reasonably happy. Various paperwork mixups, scheduling delays, waiting for parts, and estimate revisions later, picked up the car afternoon of 8/7. Then sat in your office for a couple of hours morning of 8/8 waiting for the A/C to get fixed again.
Granted, the delay wasn't all yours, but you can probably see some room for improvements.
At this point, it's probably not possible for complete satisfaction. Lessons learned should suffice.

I’ve used GWC in the past for a less complicated accident, but they were just as helpful then as they were this now. They kept me update through every step of the processes and answered all of my questions the best that they could. If there was something that they couldn’t help me with, there was always a polite and thorough response and process.

The only issue I had is that the website regarding the pick up date is not updated in time. I was waiting from Wednesday to Friday and had to go to the shop at the end of Friday to get my car without getting a call.

I received the car but the warning lights were still lit on the dashboard. Also the car tended to lean to the right if I let go the steering wheel on a straight road. I drove the car back to Golden West and JJ took it for a test drive to verify my claim. After waiting for half hour a gentleman came out with JJ and told me the car was not supposed to be released and it was not safe for me to drive. So I had to drive back with the rental car. I took a half day-off and expected nothing but a perfect ending. Unfortunately that is not the case. But to err is human, forgive divine. I don't want to blame anyone but just want to have my car back with the same condition as before the collision. Thanks!
