This was a very good experience. From the beginning I was greeted by A very nice gentleman who explained the entire process. Then the ladies at the front desk were very polite and answered my questions. I got the feeling that the shop was very organized and have a good system. The repair itself was completed as promised and it looked great. I would definitely recommend returning to this shop next time I need collision repair. Thank you

First they take too long to finish the job and then when the car is delivered, I noticed that there is a problem with brake lights. They neither accepted responsibility nor assured it will be fixed. Pretty ordinary experience

Yes I can talk in detail on how rude the guy was who repaired my car. Didn’t even walk through the details of the car and yet made me sign that they did the walk through for the car. I had to ask the front lady as to what happened to the walk through of the car. When I asked Henry about questikns on the repair instead of listening first he started defending himself already.
Also I lost the Apple key chain That was wwith my car keys when I left the car. When I picked it up I noticed it was gone and I asked Henry and again his first response was it was not there. And then when I insisted and showed it cannotbe removed that easily then he went back to check. And couldn’t find it. Comes back and defends again saying it probably was never on the key chain. Sigh. It is an unpleasant conversation with someone who is in a hurry to send off his customer
