My car engine is making noise, honk doesn’t work, alignment is messed up, suspension making noise, broken piece of headlamp. When I went to pickup my car, gas tank COMPLETELY empty, gas tank doesn’t open, and the list on and on… Never recommending this shop to anyone.

I was pleased that the new front bumper on my silver 2011 Lexus CT200h looks to be well-installed. The rear bumper, which was not part of the insured repair, was buffed and looks much better now. Also, the car was nicely cleaned inside and out, and the tire pressure was checked. Also, the red light for “low tire pressure” was fixed (turned off). I know the tire pressure system isn’t working, so the red light constantly on was a nuisance. These extra things you did are appreciated . I was sorry the repair took almost two weeks, but that may not have been your fault.

The tailgate didn’t close all the way when automatically opening and closing after the repair, but it seems to have sorted itself out after a couple times doing it manually.

I loved that my car was repaired so well, it is beautiful and clean, and very good auto work was done repairing my car. I even bragged to my family about your shop when I passed it a couple of days ago. There was only one issue. The weather strip went missing on from the right side of my car during the repair., but I don't think I got a call back for it. It disappeared while my car was being repaired. I went in for it once and the person told me they would re-order it but it wasn't in the stockroom anymore. I am willng to now pay for this weather strip and do it on my own dime and time. I am okay with this auto collision place not doing it for me. The time and effort to repair such a simple thing is too much for me to reach back out to everyone at your auto collision center. Thank you for fixing my car and bringing it back to a usable and wonderful state, I love driving it so much after my accident! Your team did a fantastic job otherwise!

I appreciated how helpful all the staff we encountered were. They contacted Nationwide to get the claim initiated, repaired the car magnificently, finished the repairs early, called Enterprise for to pick us up and handled the return of the rental car for us.
