Your team miscommunicated an issue with a dent in the front roof of the vehicle. I was not told my insurance denied its repair. After picking up the vehicle and realizing this was not fixed I called my insurance and corrected the issue. Now my vehicle must go into another repair shop next week. Additionally, I received three emails changing the delivery date of my vehicle by more than a day each time.
The staff, as always, was courteous,efficient,and knowledgeable. The email updates were also much appreciated. Thank you.

Perhaps my fault, but when I picked up the car my reason for bringing it in was STILL there - a nick in the bumper. I thought you were going to replace it, but instead the fender got replaced. Your tech DID try to improve the nick after I was disappointed, so I appreciate that. Damaged right rear tire was not replaced and moved to right front after alignment. Ten minutes after leaving the shop my tire pressure sensor light came on and is still on although tire is at correct pressure after leaving Mr Tire.
