I do think you all did an excellent job. At first day of turning in my car did not feeled I was welcome. Personality seemed a little dry with the lead staff, giving me second thought of my selection;but at the end it became a warm and reassuring.
Providing an status update needs improvement, I had to call and request a call back with an update.
Had the vehicle ready for pickup at front;was very impressed with the "make-ready".
After being on the list for repair for three months, the wait was worth it. To become a repeat customer, its possible.

Car given back to me and the side molding is not attached well. Where is the quality check before the vehicle is returned to the customer? Is there a quality check in your process? I now have to be incovienced and have to take time out of my busy schedule to return my car for the work to be completed "correctly" when a simple quality check should have caught this problem.
