I was updated daily on the status. The car was ready within the estimated time. Everything was very professional.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere. They took time to analyze my damage and once the car entered the beginning phase of the repair, Greg let me know everything that will be happening. They all kept me up to date again every step of the way.They truly are professionals. Also, I loved Enterprise being right there in the building.

I like this shop and will continue to use it because the repair work is done well and the folks are honest. I have had the following 2 disappointments however. 1st: Last year when they repaired the rear bumper on my 2008 Buick I noticed as I left the shop parking lot that my right rear blinker ( passenger side ) was not working. I assumed that my bulb had gone out and I was in a hurry to get out of town. The next day in San Marcos I took the car to a dealership for regular maintenance and asked them to replace that blinker bulb as well. They looked at it and told me that the bulb was fine but that the wiring harness to the bulb inside the bumper was merely disconnected. So I paid him 38 to reconnect and realized that Assoc Collision had not reconnected it and that they had not tried the blinker before returning the car to me. 2nd issue is that this past week on a front repair on that same vehicle I had asked them to also replace my cracked license plate holder. When I picked up the car they had totally forgotten to do that. These are minor things, but it was disappointing that this was missed. They offered to do it that very day but I did not want to be in the rental another day. Overall I love your shop, it is close to the house and mostly they always do excellent work, but I have also concluded that they could be more mentally engaged. I will keep using this shop, it is a fair and honest shop and I trust them.

Professionalism, courtesy, empathy, and promptness are all the qualities exhibited by your staff. It made a bad situation of having to fix your vehicle a comforting experience.
