My only comment would be that I should have received a status call when work on my car was delayed rather than me having to call for a status

Although the repairs seem to be great, it took 5 weeks. I attribute this to a lack of communication. Had someone told me you were waiting on the insurance company for approvals I could have called them to expidite the process. I had to keep calling protech to get the status and more often than not it was the next day (or longer) to get the truth (rather than what they thought I wanted to hear). I've requested that the owner contact me but have not heard from him. I did speak with Amis and he received my feedback well. But as a busuness owner, I think that the owner would want to speak with me directly. Thank you, Raye Lynn Rath
