Repair was fine but I was told the car would be cleaned in the 4 days it was there. It wasn't so that was disappointing. With 3 young kids, working and a very busy schedule, it was a big let down.

Paint had a shimmer in it and I had to point it out to Nate and they are keeping it to re-do it. Should not have looked that way and certainly shouldn't have gotten to the client without having been checked by a manager or quality control person.

Appears to be high quality work. People were nice. The one disappointment was that the pick up date was changed on me on the last day and it caused me to have to undo and redo a bunch of plans to pick up the vehicle. All in all i care more about the workmanship, but customers do remember the side issues of "promise date" etc.
